Wholefood Shop & Bakery

Quay Co-op Organic & Wholefood Shop originated with the Cork Food Co-op founded in 1982. In 1987,  the Food Co-op was re-structured as a worker's co-operative and has grown  to employ eith people and occupy 300 sq.ft. on the ground floor of our premises  at 24 & 25 Sullivans Quay.

Our shop carries a full  range of organic wines, organic cosmetics and an extensive range of supplements, herbal remedies and essential oils at reasonable prices.

Fresh organic fruit and vegetables are delivered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.


BAKERY

Our 'in-house' bakers provides a range of fresh breads, rolls, cakes and savouries daily to the shop and restaurant, including organic wholemeal bread, gluten-free bread,      vegan soda bread, rye sourdough bread etc.
All flours used are organic and all eggs are free range.

We provide cakes and savouries  to cater for a wide range of dietary needs including organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, yeast-free and sugar-free.
